Honeymoon in Photos
We had a blast in in Puerto Rico. We stayed in Old San Juan for a week.
Note: If you have a Flickr account you can see larger size images included in our honeymoon photo set.
Cats occupy the waterfront rocks all around the fort in Old San Juan. For some reason there are no birds, just hundreds of cats like this one.
We stayed at a second-level apartment at Caleta 64. It is wonderfully classy and offers a fantastic street view.
We visited the gorgeous rainforest in El Yunque.
Which includes waterfall swimming…
And an amazing mountain view in the clouds.
Later we visited a beach at Luquillo.
And many, many bars…
The beach in Ocean Park was phenomenal.
Sarah got a tan (freckeled).
The streets of Old San Juan are lined with beautiful blue cobblestone, and everything is vibrant.
Moving on to open public spaces outside Fort San Felipe del Morro…
The cemetary at La Perla, next to the fort.
We spotted Segway riders.
Christmas continues through January here.
We had a final adventure in Vieques.
Kite flying on the beach:
And lounging.
A final morning to wake up at the sunny Caleta 64:
