Friday Night

I don’t know exactly why we thought this was a good idea for a Friday evening after a long work/ school week. But, we ripped up the living room carpet!

It looked okay at first….

The carpet- now in our garage where we have never parked our cars! 

Removing the carpet revealed some super, nasty, black, moldy stuff. Needless to say, Paul’s allergies have magically gone away since undergoing this project. Yay!

Sally & Betty, happy to have all the furniture back in order. We will probably refinish the floors in a few weeks, once I’m done with school. (Our original date for this project!)

Because I couldn’t resist…. cutest soon-to-be-husband-ever!
